Whenever we had a question, concern, or some sort of idea, he was right there to talk through it and help us know the best direction.

This guy is AMAZING! Here are just some of the many reasons we loved working with Justin:

1. He answered all of our questions: As first time home buyers, we knew very little going into this, but Justin filled us in on everything we needed to know and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very patient and understanding even when we asked the same questions multiple times, and he was ALWAYS validating and kind and never acted like we should have known the answer to something we asked.

2. He would go look at houses with us on the drop of a dime: With the housing market as competitive as it is, we REALLY appreciated that we could text Justin about a house that just came up and he would immediately schedule a showing for us that night. He would bend over backwards for us over and over, all while making us feel that it was his pleasure to do so!

3. He never tried to sell us on a home. Ever. All he cared about was helping us find a home we loved.

4. His negotiation skills are top notch! Every house that we were remotely interested in, he would call the realtor selling the place, and get as many details he could about what the competition was and what was most important to the sellers. Because of this, we were able to get our offer accepted for the home we loved the most, even though our offer price was not as high as the other offers that came in. Justin knows what's up.
